Founder and Chairman

Saadat is the Founder and Chairman of Moduliv Limited.

His mission is to end global homelessness and solve the UK housing crisis.

He has over 20+ years’ experience in the UK real estate sector which includes strategy, finance, land sourcing, planning, investment, development, fund structuring, advisory and product development.

Saadat has developed several market leading initiatives such as the world’s first asset-backed Sukuk for £200m and the first modular house for Manchester City Council.

Mark Fahy

Mark Fahy

Senior Advisor

Mark has worked in the City of London for most of his career, initially as an Institutional Fund Manager running a UK Equities portfolio and then for 14 years at the London Stock Exchange as the Head of UK Small & Mid-Cap Companies.

During that time Mark worked with a vast range of companies supporting them on the Road to IPO both on AIM and the Main Market and remains a huge advocate of the Public Markets.

As an advisor to Moduliv, Mark has been working with the team to explore the financial strategy to drive the future growth of the business towards an IPO in January 2029.

Separately, Mark also works at the British Business Bank supporting SME’s as they seek funding to scale.

Robert Leon

Real Estate Investment Manager

Robert has a strong Real Estate Investment Management background with 25+ years international experience in Portfolio/Fund/Asset/Property Management, Leasing, Investment Sales and Financing across United States and Europe.

He managed a $1.8B fund with LaSalle Investment Management and is an advisor/dear friend to several globally leading Institutions and Family Offices.

Mufti Amjad Mohammed

Chief Shariah Officer

Mufti Amjad Mohammed is a prominent scholar whose expertise in jurisprudence, business, and academic leadership has made him a respected figure in the Islamic world.

As our Chief Shariah Officer, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience by guiding us through the complexities of Islamic law, governance, and risk management.

As the Principal Jurisconsult at Markaz al-Iftāʾ wa’l-Qaḍāʾ, he offers scholarly guidance on a wide array of issues affecting the public. His expertise in Islamic jurisprudence allows him to provide legal opinions (fatwas) on complex issues related to ethics, finance, and social concerns.
